Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR modernization programs aligned with business objectives
- Lead the planning execution and monitoring of HR modernization projects from initiation to completion including setting timelines budgets and performance metrics.
- Design and implement new HR programs Data governance and reporting as part of HR Modernization program initiative
- Analyze HR program progress to identify trends measure program effectiveness and provide insights to inform decisionmaking and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR programs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams department heads and senior leadership to ensure alignment and support for HR programs.
- Facilitate change management processes when implementing new HR programs including communication plans and employee training.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion including budget management resource allocation and risk mitigation.
- Deep understanding of HR principles practices and employment laws across various areas like recruitment performance management employee development and compensation.
