Staff Management Group is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for our client in Robbinsville, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st shift: 7AM - 3:30PM
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $18 / hour
Job Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for creating spreadsheets for unused maintenance equipment inventory, recording manufacturer, model, and serial number, and assisting in creating a comprehensive list of spare parts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create a spare part list and attach drawings based on the manual
- Regular Updates and Inventory Management
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to update the list as needed
- Balance inventory levels to optimize storage space.
- Spare Parts Receiving Management with documentation
Job Requirements:
- Must be bilingual, English AND Spanish
- High school diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in Inventory
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
