Pay Rate : $23-$27 / hr
Shift : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 11 : 00 AM (20 hours per week)
As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for reconciling bank and credit card accounts, matching QuickBooks data, receiving payments, and preparing deposits. You will also process EFT payments and Bill.com transactions, conduct weekly collections, and manage deduction approvals. Additionally, you'll enter material and freight bills into Core and QuickBooks Online, allocate freight bills appropriately, and perform account cleanups and reconciliations. Another key task is preparing and filing quarterly sales tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting tasks.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Excel, and Word
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior bookkeeping experience required
