Shift Details :

Pay : $24.59 per hour

1st Shift Hours : 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday

Temporary Position : Projected to last 2 months

Essential Functions :

  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
  • Process financial transactions
  • Answer phones and greet visitors / students
  • Sort, prepare, and distribute mail
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office
  • Additional clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of related experience.
