Pay : $25 / hr
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities :
- Manage job files and maintain accurate documentation (HBL, MBL, ISF, etc.)
- Perform credit checks and escalate irregularities
- Ensure quotes, cost, and sell rates are properly filed
- Organize physical and electronic files regularly
- Respond to emails and communications promptly
- Provide updates to customers and overseas agents on import statuses
- Oversee customs clearance and ensure timely submission
- Maintain delivery schedules and competitive delivery rates
- Issue invoices within 5 days of delivery
- Maximize profitability while managing costs
