Pay: $16.15 per hour (pay increase once hired)

Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble small and large components to form sub-assemblies or completed assemblies.
• Safely operate a base robot and sub-assembly machines.
• Perform quality checks consistent with the Inspection and control plans.
• Inventory/replenish parts to assembly stations.
• Analyze orders and drawings to determine assembly procedures such as component types and configuration, mounting locations, and clearances required.
• Utilize hand tools, air tools, and rivet guns.
• Collaborate with other employees/departments while working in a team-based environment.
• Cross-train on all assembly lines.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• 2 years of related manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and frequently lift 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
