Fully Remote- MUST LIVE IN CST OR EST TO BE CONSIDERED!Job SummaryOur client, a global marketing agency is seeking a creative project manager to work on their newly acquired cosmetic client. This is a high-profile client with constant changes, so this individual must be used to this type of fast-paced environment. The creative project manager provides day-to-day project support for client team and should have a background in traffic procedures as well as scheduling using project management software. The creative project manager will be responsible for managing the workflow of creative projects throughout the internal agency and flex creative team. The position will bridge communication between the project management and creative team to ensure projects are delivered on time and completed correctly. The creative project manager will also assist account leadership with day-to-day tasks and be the point of escalation for client issues in their absence. Majority of the projects are print (cosmetic walls, signage and displays) that you see in many large retailers. This individual will be managing up to 25 projects at a time!ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of jobs that are assigned to the team by following up with partners to ensure that jobs have complete information, and client expectations and deadlines are met.Partners with project managers and negotiates on behalf of the team to provide adequate time allotted to develop and produce requests within established client SLA.Facilitate workflow of all projects through the team to ensure resource availability and allocation.Be main contact to flex team for all project needsExpedite all rush jobsKnow current job status, location and completion time for all jobs;Revise and maintain team SOPsActively participate in process development, staff and cross-functional meetingsAdhere to existing processes and recommend process changes based upon needAssess process and procedure complianceProvide leadership and training to staff when neededDocument traffic and artist challenges to assist with team development and trainingAct as primary point of contact for escalating IT and systems issuesProvide excellent customer service at all client interactions

Qualifications : 5 years agency experience, preferably working with a retail clientStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to analyze alternative solutions and prioritize quickly within tight deadlinesAbility to work in fast-paced, high-pressure and deadline-driven environmentExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to interact and work well with a cross-functional and multi-site teamAble to work independently and as part of a team equallyMaintain professional conduct and a positive attitude at all timesExcellent prioritization, problem solving and time management skillsRetail signage experience a plusAdvanced knowledge of client brandingBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Proficiency in Mac OS platformBasic knowledge of prepress and printing processes a plus
