Pay Rate : $15 - $17 per hour
Schedule : Flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guest room cleanliness by following brand standards. Your focus will be on creating the best experience for each guest, embracing our company's purpose of "hospitality from our family to yours."
Responsibilities :
- Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy using Naples Hotel Group cleaning procedures.
- Keep housekeeping cart stocked with necessary products and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or product shortages.
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Follow procedures for reporting lost and found items.
- Work with other departments to resolve service requests or problems.
- Ensure guest and associate safety by following security protocols.
- Adhere to safety procedures and report any issues or unsafe conditions.
