This role operates on a hybrid schedule , but candidates should have reliable transportation in case of a future return to full-time in-office work.
Position Overview :
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional day-to-day customer service to employees and leaders across the organization. You'll handle inquiries related to HR, Payroll, Leave of Absence, and company policies , while also managing HR transactional activities, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting continuous process improvements.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to HR-related inquiries, resolving complex issues promptly and professionally.
- Interpret and explain company policies, procedures, and guidelines to employees and managers.
- Recognize when to escalate issues that require additional support or intervention.
- Perform HR transactions with high accuracy, ensuring compliance with procedures and confidentiality standards.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and address compliance issues and improve data integrity.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Provide reports (biweekly, quarterly, daily) to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws .
- Support company initiatives, training modules, and continuous learning opportunities.
