Staffmark is seeking an outstanding International Travel Coordinator/Admin to provide exceptional customer service to corporate travelers before, during, and after their business trips. Pay: $35/hour
Shift: 1st Shift - Hybrid (Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Create and complete travel arrangements, including air, hotel, car, and rail bookings
- Ensure reservations align with client standards and preferences
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations for the best travel experience
- Manage complex bookings, including multi-destination, ticket exchanges, and non-standard fares
- Handle any travel-related changes or issues promptly, ensuring a smooth experience for travelers
- Work closely with the management team on projects and updates
- Adapt to a continually evolving work environment
- Maintain strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in travel coordination or related administrative support roles
- Experience providing Executive Assistant support to Senior executives (EA support to Executive/Chief Office/Senior SVP and above)
- Completed bachelor's degree or diploma from a recognized institution
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload for senior stakeholders
- Strong ability to anticipate team needs and identify challenges with potential solutions
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing circumstances
- Excellent MS Office skills (experience with Concur preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as needed
