Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in program management with expertise in Agile methodologies to lead and deliver complex projects across global teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving large-scale software projects and building long-term scalable solutions while adopting Agile principles to optimize the development process and enhance collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities :
- This role requires strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Privacy, Security, and Senior leadership to execute, track, and deliver high-impact strategic programs in the Ads space.
- Build, grow, and maintain a sustainable scaled Agile delivery model
- Work with the team to collaborate and develop end-to-end program plans, influence teams to deliver against them, and keep the org and leadership informed on progress.
- Drive engagement with internal partners, and work to decompose requirements into plans with measurable milestones.
- Establish and maintain Agile ways of working governance model
- Coach leaders, teams, and scrum masters in Agile practices and mindsets like program incremental planning, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc.
- Groom the team on iterative and program incremental approach to delivering software projects that focus on continuous releases incorporating customer feedback
- Produce program reports for stakeholders, identify and mitigate program risks early
- Conduct scrum of scrums and steering committee meetings to bring alignment.
- Provide uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication, program status transparency, resource requirements, priorities, risks, and issues.
