Salary : $68,000 - $80,000
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate billing and payments.
- Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and process payroll expenses.
- Assist with financial statement preparation, month-end / year-end closing, and audits.
- Prepare and file sales tax reports for 30 states.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance and operations.
