Pay : $24.00 per hour
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
As an Order Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for managing the entire order-processing cycle. This includes acknowledging and entering customer orders, reconciling open orders, releasing shipments, and providing customers with accurate order updates. Strong communication and organizational skills are key to ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate order management.
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and make outbound calls as needed
- Process customer orders according to established procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Respond to inquiries regarding inventory availability, lead times, freight charges, shipment tracking, and production cycles
- Maintain communication with team members to update them on order statuses and potential issues
- Prioritize accuracy, responsiveness, and timeliness in all customer interactions
