JOB TITLE : Order Entry Representative
LOCATION : Houston, TX
POSITION REPORTS TO : Order Entry Manager
SCHEDULE : 4 / 10 6 : 30am-5 : 30pm, some overtime and weekends may be required
COMPENSATION : Commensurate with experience and skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and enter sales orders for fuel, tanks, services and special projects with accuracy and detailed notes
- Receive telephone calls and handle caller inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate customer deliveries with other terminals
- Communicate with sales representatives and dispatchers regarding customer needs
- Other related tasks as assigned by manager
