We are seeking an Outside Sales Executive to lead business development in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro area , selling a cutting-edge, environmentally sustainable roofing material designed to enhance insulation, extend roof longevity, and integrate seamlessly with existing commercial roofing products. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to build the Dallas-Fort Worth market from the ground up.
- Identify and engage decision-makers (contractors, property managers, facility directors, etc.) to drive product adoption.
- Present, negotiate, and close deals , ensuring favorable contract terms for both the company and the client.
- Partner with the roofing project manager to provide seamless support and service throughout project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships , leveraging initial sales to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our product effectively.
