Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM & Friday: 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM; overtime as needed
The Production Finish Line Operator ensures the artistic quality of memorials by utilizing various finishing techniques and tools to blend, polish, and remove imperfections. Responsibilities include transferring memorials, removing excess paint and metal, polishing designs and lettering, and performing touch-ups with airbrushes and tools like die grinders and metal finishing wheels. Operators must also inspect finished pieces to meet quality standards and log completed work in the JDE system.
Qualifications: At least six months or more in some kind of industrial or production setting is needed. Must have solid work history (minimum of 1-2 years of retention in previous work history).
