Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
Shift: First Shift
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Control team to optimize efficiency and maintain high standards.
- Oversee QC activities, including testing, equipment maintenance, and data collection.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and food safety regulations, such as HACCP.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
- 2 years of QC and leadership experience in food processing.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong background in data management and reporting.
- PCQI or HACCP certification required; LEAN or Six Sigma certification a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
