Pay: $20.00/hr - $26.00/hr
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Requirements:
- Proficiency with applicant-tracking software or ability to quickly learn other recruitment systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and communication)
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Job Duties: As a Recruiter, the daily duties include developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the recruitment process, while collaborating with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. This role entails identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies tailored to the available roles, industry standards, and the organization's needs.
