1st Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $21.00 / hr

Requirements : To excel in this position, you should possess excellent customer service and communication skills and strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly the MS Office Suite, is essential, along with at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.

Job Duties : As a Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for answering customer service calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team or individual, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians to ensure timely service delivery. You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
