Staffmark is seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator in Georgetown, TX, to oversee international inbound and outbound packages for shipping. Pay: $21 per hour
1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 3 PM
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of related industry experience; Familiarity with FedEx and UPS (WorldShip preferred), experience with ERP.
- Forklift experience.
- Strong math, customer service, analytical, and computer skills.
- Ability to lift/push/pull 35 lbs and stand/walk/twist/reach/stretch/squat/kneel for the full duration of each shift.
Responsibilities:
- Review production schedules and shipping documents.
- Compare physical goods to documents and report discrepancies.
- Enter data to generate packing lists and record freight information.
- Combine boxes for shipment and affix shipping labels.
- Assemble customer orders and prepare items for shipping.
- Complete inventory management tasks and maintain records.
- Process paperwork for international shipments.
- Communicate with transportation companies.
- General housekeeping tasks.
