Shipping Supervisor

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for logistics and operations? Staffmark is seeking a Shipping Supervisor in Dothan, AL, to oversee our overnight shipping department. In this essential role, you'll ensure products are shipped efficiently and on time!

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000/year

Shift: Overnight (typically 5 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the night shift team to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics processes for accurate and timely order dispatch.
• Maintain precise inventory records and track shipments.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance efficiency and operations.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-4 years of experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse management role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs as required.
