Job Details
- Salary: $40,000 - $60,000/yr.
- Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Essential Tasks
Assist with customer estimates, determine order requirements, coordinate order releases, resolve customer issues, process transactions, manage inventory, and liaise with purchasing.
Responsibilities
- Improve customer service and business growth
- Liaise with Dispatch Manager for order releases
- Resolve customer issues promptly
- Process transactions accurately
Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Result driven and able to work collaboratively
- Detail oriented with strong accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Basic construction knowledge or building materials knowledge
