Job Title : Japanese Bilingual Accounting Associate
Location : Santa Fe Springs, CA (Onsite)

Hours : M- F 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm
Classified : Full-time, Non-Exempt
Job Summary :
The Accounting Associate will be responsible for various accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not Limited to :
- Input accurate data into accounting systems for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Process invoices, verifying accuracy and ensuring timely payment or collection.
- Process payments to vendors and receipts from customers, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Prepare various financial reports and analyses as required.
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned, such as filing, scanning, and general office duties.
