Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Japanese Outside Sales Representative to cultivate and manage relationships with clients. This role involves providing comprehensive support and solutions to clients (Japanese companies), ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. The ideal candidate is a quick-thinking, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and their teams.
- Conduct meetings to understand client needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information and guidance on available services and solutions.
- Develop and present tailored proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate and attend client meetings and demonstrations.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Assist with contract negotiations and onboarding processes.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
