Schedule : 8am - 5pm. Monday - Friday Pay rate : $23.25 - $25.75 / hr. Primary responsibilities : Sales Order processing Purchase Order processing Order entry, confirmation and tracking Shipment coordination Order invoicing Post sales support (RMA's, Returns, and Credits) Customer records and reporting Qualified candidates will have 3 years of experience with administrative support / management, associate's degree preferred, and experience with QuickBooks. Other requirements include good computer / keyboard skills and sales order processing experience.
