Production Operator
Staffmark is seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Piney Flats, TN.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of packaging products for various end markets including food, pet food, beverage, lawn and garden, nutraceutical, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a multi-unit web-fed rotary press to print bags while following procedures to meet customer expectations safely.
- Monitor material quality, perform machine adjustments, and complete production reports accurately.
- Set up equipment like laminators and anti-skid machines, replace cutting blades, and maintain equipment cleanliness.
- Support SQF certification, ensure a safe work environment, and demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule:
We offer a variety of shifts so you can pick the schedule that fits you best. These range from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift, Monday - Friday, with alternate days and weekends off.
Pay rate: $15 - $19/hr.
