About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Rubber Production Technician to join our team at Staffmark. As a key member of our production floor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull order forms to determine required products for production
- Pull products from the warehouse and deliver them to the production floor
- Wrap skids, measure products, and inspect products for quality
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
