Your Mission:
- Spot & Solve Problems in Real-Time – Pinpoint inefficiencies before they escalate, execute solutions, and drive change.
- Elevate Patient Care – Set the gold standard for service excellence and patient satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 3-5 years of recent Director-level leadership in a LARGE, ACUTE CARE Emergency Department.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Steady career progression with evidence of measurable impact—short stints need not apply.
- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Required)
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration (Preferred)
- Active RN license in Florida (or eligible)
- ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and BLS certifications (Required)

- Salary: $115K - $150K (Based on experience)
- Annual Bonus: 15% Director Bonus (Performance-based)
- Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
- Unit Details: 34 beds, ~130 patients per day, ~45 FTEs
- Interview Process: Webex with Hiring Manager → Onsite Panel Interviews → Decision by HM & C-Suite
