Your Mission:

• Spot & Solve Problems in Real-Time – Pinpoint inefficiencies before they escalate, execute solutions, and drive change.
• Elevate Patient Care – Set the gold standard for service excellence and patient satisfaction.
• Lead & Develop a Winning Team – Mentor, coach, and empower a high-functioning, engaged workforce.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3-5 years of recent Director-level leadership in a LARGE, ACUTE CARE Emergency Department.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement.
• Steady career progression with evidence of measurable impact—short stints need not apply.
• Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Required)
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration (Preferred)
• Active RN license in Florida (or eligible)
• ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and BLS certifications (Required)

• Salary: $115K - $150K (Based on experience)
• Annual Bonus: 15% Director Bonus (Performance-based)
• Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
• Unit Details: 34 beds, ~130 patients per day, ~45 FTEs
• Interview Process: Webex with Hiring Manager → Onsite Panel Interviews → Decision by HM & C-Suite

Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
