• Orientation & Onboarding : Facilitate new agent orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Accountability Programs : Oversee agency programs that focus on accountability and role-playing.
• Progress Reviews : Perform in-depth agency progress reviews to foster continuous improvement.
• Training Delivery : Provide specialized training on business insurance products and effective sales techniques.
• Enhancing Capabilities : Empower our agents by sharing competitive advantages and innovative marketing strategies.
• Sales Support : Assist with policy rating, quote generation, and crafting impactful sales presentations.
• Event Organization : Help organize district meetings and events to boost the success of our initiatives.
