We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of traditional BPO services (customer support, back-office operations, and outsourcing solutions) as well as associated technology products and services, including AI-enabled solutions, automation tools, and workforce management platforms. This role involves managing a defined geographic territory, building relationships with clients, identifying opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
What you'll do on a typical day :
1. Sales Strategy and Execution :
a. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets within the assigned territory.
b. Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities in both traditional BPO services and technology solutions.
c. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
2. Client Relationship Management :
a. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, department heads, and procurement teams.
b. Provide consultative solutions to clients by understanding their business challenges and aligning our offerings to their needs.
c. Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Market Development :
a. Proactively identify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
b. Expand the client base by targeting new verticals, industries, or companies within the territory.
c. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and initiatives to generate leads.
4. Product Knowledge and Presentation :
a. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of BPO services and associated technologies, including AI, RPA, cloud solutions, and analytics platforms.
b. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value proposition of the offerings.
5. Reporting and Analysis :
a. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
b. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market dynamics, sales performance, and potential risks or opportunities.
Requirements
What you need to succeed at Premier NX :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in outsourced services
- Understanding of outsourced services and emerging technologies in the outsourcing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
