Job Description
Job Title : Surgical Services Technician
Job Specialty : Certified Operating Room (OR) Technician / Surgical Technician
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Rotating Shift : Either Day 5x8-Hour (06 : 45 - 15 : 15) or Day 4x10-Hour (06 : 45 - 17 : 15). Call required from 19 : 00-07 : 00 during the week, including all day Saturday and Sunday.
Guaranteed Hours : Please refer to billing rules.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years required.
License : State license required.
Certifications : BLS, NBSTSA. CSFA preferred.
Must-Have :
- Sterilization, decontamination, scrub, equipment documentation, aseptic technique
- Experience with bronchoscopes, colonoscopes, EGD scopes, EBUS, EUS & flex sigmoidoscopes
- Strong experience in General, Urology, and Orthopedics
- Flexible endoscope reprocessing skills
