Admissions Manager Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in admissions management within a healthcare or mental health setting.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of insurance verification processes and regulatory compliance.Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.Admissions Manager Responsibilities :
Manage the admissions process for individuals seeking mental health and substance abuse treatment services.Develop and implement strategies to streamline admissions procedures and improve efficiency.Supervise admissions staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to assess patient needs and determine appropriate levels of care.Oversee insurance verification and authorization processes to ensure timely reimbursement for services.Maintain accurate records of admissions activity and outcomes.Monitor bed availability and coordinate admissions to optimize facility occupancy.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the admissions process and patient experience.Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and compliance standards.Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities to promote admissions services.Perform other duties as assigned.Pay : $80,000 - $100,000
