- Develop and execute our clinical philosophy through programming, education, training, and clinical supervision.
- Manage and supervise the Clinical Department, including Primary Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, Case Managers, Group Facilitators, and BHTs.
- Oversee departmental compliance with legal policies, guidelines, and standards.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date medical records and hospital documentation.
