Financial Coordinator, Pearland, TX
The Financial Coordinator will work closely with our bookkeeper, as well as Coordinators on jobs, daily. This job requires working well independently and with a team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Download or scan invoices and attach to jobs in software, and input into digital files.
- Assist in invoice customers and inputting into Corrigo, Service Channel etc.
- Checks and balances for jobs in software and updating client.
- Monitor aging work orders
- Will be a liaison between coordinators and accounting.
- Turn POs into bills when subcontractor invoice is approved.
- Pay subcontractors after invoices have been approved.

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience with financials
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Knowledge of Service Channel and other Facilities Maintenance software's such as Kickserv, Corrigo and Ecotrak is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
- High School diploma/GED or trade school equivalent.
- Position requires a valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Pay is 14-16 hourly to start.
