Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC / R systems mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various heating ventilation and air conditioning equipment. This role requires a detailoriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Install maintain and repair HVAC / R systems including heating units air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC equipment to identify issues and ensure efficient operation.
• Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to test electrical components and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational functions.
• Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong understanding of HVAC / R systems. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform equipment repairs effectively. Experience in welding is preferred but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A Valid driver\'s license may be required for travel between job sites.
