Telecom Forman

AZ Corp Telecom Forman: AD, Staffworks Group is looking for a 10-year plus Telecommunications Foreman to oversee installation, maintenance, and inspections of telecommunications systems.

Position: Telecommunications Foreman
Location: Andover, MA
Pay: $40-$45

Hours: Full-Time 1st shift

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee site safety, inspections, and compliance with permits
• Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, and materials
• Attend trade meetings and ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain project documentation and as-built records
• Ensure compliance with technical specs and approved drawings
• Troubleshoot issues and support claim resolution
• Assist with shutdowns, commissioning, and project close-outs
• Maintain equipment availability and site organization
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical plans

What We’re Looking For:

• 10 years of field experience in industrial construction
• Manage teams of pipefitters, welders, and apprentices
• Reads blueprints, ensures compliance, and oversee installations.
• Uses MS Office, Adobe, and Project Manager tools for reporting and coordination.
• Experience w/ permits-Required confined spaces and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
• Safety OSHA 10 and TWIC Card for confined spaces and hazard analysis.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Work on active construction sites, including climbing ladders and aerial lifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in confined spaces
