CNC Machinist
Hours:
Monday – Friday
7:00am – 3:30pm
Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE
Benefits:

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operate multi-pallet Horizontal Maching Centers
- Consistently follow established quality and safety procedures
- Document and report inspection findings using provided quality control documents
- Identify and report non-conforming material through the proper procedures
- Be proficient with basic hand tools used in fixturing and deburring
- Be proficient with measurement devices used in the inspection process
- Preserve a clean work environment through daily work area maintenance
- Evaluate out-of-inspection parts with a Machinist to minimize machine downtime
- Participate in defect investigation, root cause analysis, countermeasure implementation, and quality gate review
- Apply TPS (Toyota Production System) principles to daily activities
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in related production level manufacturing role
- Competence to work independently or collaborate within a team environment
- Capability to manage multiple production jobs simultaneously
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and walk or stand for extended periods
