Career Opportunity!!!! Prominent law firm in search of a Legal Assistant with Real Estate experience.
This role will assist with banking, purchases, sales, prepare deeds, and closing form disclosures, and assist attorneys as directed.
Qualified candidate would be someone with a concentration in Real Estate transactions with at least 2 years’ experience.
Essential duties:
- Preparing documents relating to a variety of real estate, loan and purchases.
- Provide general assistance to attorneys as directed
- Proofreading legal documents to ensure accuracy
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing work

Hourly pay rate: $20-$23 BOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm with additional hours as needed
