**Job Description**
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality control management, with at least two years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for promoting and implementing our safety and quality policies, as well as ensuring adherence to our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in overall day-to-day operational leadership and decision-making as the subject matter expert for all project quality management functions.
- Provide ongoing and regular quality control-related technical input for construction planning, design interpretation, development of efficient construction methods, and quality control processes.
- Manage and schedule all required quality testing, inspections, and documentation.
- Develop and implement a project-specific Quality Control Plan that meets company policies and project requirements.
- Perform periodic audits to verify adherence to QA/QC Management Plan.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and relevant experience.
