- 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 7 years of experience leading teams in Manufacturing Process Optimization or Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Base Salary - USD $180,000 to $210,000
Expert in Process Engineering, needs to have an engineering background. Has to also have worked with robotics and automation or in the process of making a manufacturing facility automated.
