Production Technician (Entry-Level)

Job Opportunity:

Are you eager to learn hands-on manufacturing skills in a dynamic production, and research and development environment? As a full-time Entry-Level Production Technician, you'll receive comprehensive training to build custom products and battery packs that match client specifications. You'll work with a cross functional teams to assemble components, operate machinery, and perform quality checks while developing expertise in production techniques and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking to grow within a company that values continuous improvement and teamwork. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday role, with overtime required as needed based on project demands.

What You'll Learn and Do:

• Receive on-the-job training to assemble custom products and battery packs.
• Build complex products using hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing equipment (no prior experience required—we'll train you!).
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, schematics, and notes to ensure accurate product assembly.
• Work at various production stations depending on project needs.
• Perform basic quality control tests to ensure product accuracy and function.
• Learn to operate material handling equipment to move parts in and out of workstations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety procedures.
• Use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Assist in record-keeping, data collection, and production logs as part of the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments such as Quality Control, Engineering, and Technical Project Management.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. safely.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for 8–10 hours per shift.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required):

Famiiarity with manufacturing or assembly work.

• Experience with battery technology, wire harnessing, or electrical assembly.
• Interest in 3D printing, laser welding, or safety procedures.
