We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for a global B2B high-tech company. This role will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating demand/supply management for customer maintenance needs, business processes, and delivery of products and services to client’s policy and country regulatory requirements. You will support various tasks across the RMA supply chain including monitoring global active maintenance contracts, ensuring enough replacement supply is stocked globally to provide a seamless customer replacement experience, and assisting the customer in returning material. This role will also assist in various customer experience improvement initiatives driven by data monitoring and analysis.
This is a 5-month project (extensions possible), 40 hours per week, hybrid role in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities
- Partners with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, new customer maintenance readiness, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment.
- The time horizon is typically focused on less than six months for forecasting planning. Leading and working with cross-functional teams creates and implements plans that enable the execution of business strategies.
- Participates in the process by which demand signals are developed, validated for alignment with transition plans, supply constraints identified, and an executable plan defined that meets financial and market share goals.
- Scope includes business execution processes related to lifecycle planning; order fulfillment management; logistics management (including inbound/outbound coordination and consolidation of domestic and international systems to support shipments); and inventory management (including analysis and optimization).
- Partners cross-functionally to develop, track, and manage business metrics for the organization (may include customer contract availability, service levels, on-time delivery, supply chain costs, and inventory).
- 1 years of experience in the supply chain.
- Experience in Inventory, Logistics and order fulfillment.
- Experience in Excel Skills (vlookup or xlookup, pivot tables, etc.).
- Bachelor’s Degree.
