Role Description
We are seeking a full-time (30-35 hours per week) Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, ensure efficient office management, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in QuickBooks , Gusto (payroll platform) , and bookkeeping . Additionally, this role will assist with preparing estimates for electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service , acting as the first point of contact for clients
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Handle bookkeeping duties , including invoicing, accounts payable / receivable, and payroll using QuickBooks, QuickBooks Time, and Gusto
- Assist with job scheduling and manage client interactions
- Assist in preparing estimates for electrical projects
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting
- Organize and maintain office operations, supplies, and equipment
- Support the team with general office tasks and special projects as needed
