What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal-Summer Helper- Merchandiser - Beer Industry position at Stagnaro Distributing?
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares and works from the daily itinerary.
- Prepares carries and utilizes all necessary sales support tools.
- Announces self and establishes a positive relationship with each retailer
- Maintains product rotations and freshness in all assigned accounts
- Moves product from the warm shelf displays to the cooler for rotation and elimination of out of stock product
- Fill shelves with product that is delivered (KY ONLY)
- Organizes product on display, back stock and shelves to reflect set integrity.
- Builds displays when directed
- Ensures that all displays have correct, visible price signs, current POS and contain the correct product mix.
- Communicates cool product placement changes to the sales rep.
- Maintains correct and visible pricing and informs management of any issues.
- Merchandises the account with current POS
- Take inventory for all products and recommends inventory increases when necessary.
- Informs retailer of activities and inquires about additional opportunities.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 or older.
- Maintains appropriate dress and appearance.
- Must have attention to detail, strong work ethic and good attendance.
