Overview

MONO is looking for an ambitious mid-level Copywriter with a track record of doing whatever it takes to make great work happen.

Responsibilities

You’re not just a Creative, you’re a Writer expected to write with craft and care. From manifestos and idea descriptions to scripts, taglines, headlines, and social copy, you ladder every thought up to the strategy and make every word sing. Finally, you can sell ideas (both internally and to clients) through a confident, engaging, carefully considered presentation.

Qualifications

To qualify, candidates will have 2-4 years of agency experience and compelling examples of produced work (presented in a portfolio). You're right for the job if you're a self-starter, problem-solver, conceptual thinker, and imaginative storyteller capable of creating and producing innovative, shareable, meaningful, and award-winning work. You must also have a proven track record of championing social/digital ideas as well as bringing energy and passion to your teams and projects.

 

This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday for Work From MONO (WFM) days, in addition to moments that matter outside of those designated days, with the purpose of fostering agency connection and aiding collaboration. Some travel may be required.
