2025 Summer Internship

For over 85 years, Doner has worked at the intersection of Modern & Main Street. It’s where we help Main Street brands compete in the modern marketplace and Modern brands scale by connecting with everyday Americans.

During our 10-week paid internship program, participants will gain hands-on, professional development experience in a full-service advertising agency. The date of our program is June 2 through August 8. All interns will be on-site at our Southfield, Michigan HQ.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support on real client projects
• Attend internal meetings
• Learn about our capabilities and organization

What you need to succeed

• Be a recent graduate or rising Senior or Junior in a relevant major. We value a wide range of academic backgrounds and experiences but require relevancy to advertising and communications industry.
• Demonstrate an interest and desire for advertising
• Strong communication skills (written,verbal and presentation)
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working with diverse disciplines and varying working styles
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
