Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced S&T Program Management Specialist to manage both the technical and administrative elements of a program. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical ability, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent emotional intelligence.

- Developing and implementing effective program strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering from an accredited college or university
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- No less than 20 years of program management experience supporting the Department of Defense, preferably the Department of the Navy
- Work experience in 2 or more of the Naval S&T, acquisition, resource/requirements, and operational Fleet/Force communities
