Oversee the daily operation of the Direct to Film (Transfer) department, equipment & team members performance ensuring safety, efficiency while maintaining high quality standards through effective, approachable coaching & communication.
Overview of Responsibilities
Responsible for production KPIs and quality control.
Ensures machines are adequately prepared for production
Prepare jobs for shipping or additional finishing departments such as heat tags
Responsible for communication to DTF Manager, DTF Supervisor, and other leads via in person or by Slack channels / messages.
Create press & team member assignments and overseeing daily labor tracking
Will be cross-trained in warehouse / receiving / QCOA
Recommend process improvements.
Ability to operate & troubleshoot DTF machines at a high level.
Report machine issues to the Facilities Manager, DTF Manager and / or appropriate vendors.
Responsible for communication of company directives to staff one-on-one or in group huddles.
Hold full time, seasonal and temporary employee’s accountable to company policies.
Responsible for proper housekeeping & safety.
Assign team members roles based on daily needs.
Other duties as assigned.

Schedule : Wednesday through Saturday, 6am-430pm
