Production Team Lead
The Production Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing team, ensuring that production goals are met and quality standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train teams in aseptic processing techniques and procedures.
- Coordinate scheduling and assign tasks to personnel to meet production timelines.
- Assist Crew Leader with tasks as needed, including coordinating activities, checking inventory, and ordering supplies.
- Investigate deviations and ensure batch documentation is completed according to GMP standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing, including 2 years of training/leading others.
- Experience working with medium/high speed fill lines and isolator/Rabs.
- Ability to write/modify GMP documents and review deviations.
