Job Description
The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in manufacturing and 2 years of experience in training and leading others. They will also have experience working with medium/high speed fill lines and isolator/Rabs experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates scheduling of routine activities and assigns tasks to personnel
- Checks inventory and orders supplies as necessary based on schedule
- Assists with investigations of deviations
- Ensures batch documentation is being completed according to appropriate GMP standards
Technical Skills
- Troubleshoots problems as they arise and identifies potential issues
- Communicates issues requiring maintenance to appropriate personnel
- Communicates production status in a timely manner
- Effectively communicates schedule or process changes to affected personnel in a timely manner
